This is a good first draft as you have met most magazine cover conventions.
I would however, like to see more text on the cover (cover lines) and the main image needs to stand out more as it is lost in the background - maybe even a little brightness or exposure on the girl would help make her stand out.
I would also like to see the cover text a little larger and a bit more colour on the cover to make it more attracftive to audiences (it is a little horror-ish for a mainstream review mag).
